TUPELO -- Amber Foster Ozbirn, 38, died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at NMMC in Tupelo. Born in Tupelo on June 20, 1982 to Billy Ray Foster and Teresa Ann Winters Exline, she grew up in Tupelo and attended Belden Baptist Church. Amber’s working career included being an office assistant in the medical field and working in the warehouse at Cooper Tire. She loved her children, her dogs and attending her son, Carson’s baseball games.
A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Lee Memorial Park in Verona. Dr. Gary Gray will officiate. Burial will follow. There will be visitation after the graveside service only. Holland Funeral Directors is entrusted with the arrangements.
Amber is survived by her daughter, Julianna Barron of Tupelo, son Carson Ozbirn of Verona and his father, Justin Ozbirn; her mother, Teresa Winters Exline (Doug) of Verona; siblings, Lauren Baker, Brie Foster (Roy), Matthew Foster and Brigette Chrestman (David); grandparents, James and Elizabeth Winters of Chesterville; and aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray “Rook” Foster, and her grandparents, Ellis and Wyna Ray Foster.
Pallbearers will be Chris Dye, Tyler Floyd, Justin Winters, Bryson Winters, Cole Floyd, and David Chrestman.
