Scott Wilkinson

October 10, 1970 ~ June 8, 2019 (age 48)

Tupelo- Jeffery Scott "Boog" Wilkinson, 48, died on Saturday morning, June 8, 2019 from Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.  Scott was born in Tupelo on October 10, 1970, the son of Dr. Ray Wilkinson, long time Tupelo veterinarian and Ruth Dozier Wilkinson.  Scott graduated from Tupelo High School in 1988 and received his BS degree from Mississippi State University.  He was an Independent Sales Distributor for Collective Goods.  While he loved his alma mater and everything Bulldog, he was a staunch and loyal University of Auburn Icon.  Scott loved life and adventure.  A member of The Orchard, he loved dogs especially his own Charlie and Lily.

A service celebrating his life will be held at 3 pm today (Sunday 6/9/19 from the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Dr. Bryan Collier and Rev. Will Rambo officiating.  The eulogy will be given by close friend, Mike Wren.  Private burial will follow in Priceville Cemetery.  Visitation will be from Noon- service today at Holland- Tupelo Chapel, which is honored to be serving their friends.

Scott is survived by his wife, Ginger and his son, Nicholas Robertson, both of Tupelo; his parents, Dr. Ray and Ruth Wilkinson of Tupelo; his siblings, Manah Wilkinson(Susan) and Rusty Wilkinson(Lacretia) all of New Albany, Ron Wilkinson(Karla) of Tucker, Ga. and Melanie Philpot of Tupelo, his mother and father-in-law, Carlo and Ramon Correro of Tupelo, a brother-in-law, Stephen Correro(Janet) of Benton, Ark.  Special friends Mike and Lisa Wren of Tupelo and a host of nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to Sanctuary Hospice House, P.O. Box 2177, Tupelo, MS 38802.  For those who may not be able to attend, the service may be viewed in live time at 3 PM Sunday and for 90 days thereafter at Condolences may be e-mailed to
