West Point/Tupelo- Ruby Nell Jaco Park, 60, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018 at West Point Community Living Center after a lingering illness. Born June 30, 1958 in Clarksdale, Miss. to the late Oran Jaco and Laura Louise McGee Henson, Ruby grew up in the Coahoma County area and attended school there. She moved to the Tupelo area in 2007 when she married Johnnie Mack Park of the Plantersville area. A Pentecostal by faith, she spent her working life as a housekeeper and Certified Nursing Assistant until becoming disabled several years ago. Ruby enjoyed reading her Bible and writing.
Services are still pending as of Sunday, November 18, 2018 and will be announced by Holland Funeral Directors, pending arrival of family.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Johnny Mack Park of Plantersville; her daughters, Stephanie Durdin(Will) of Saltillo and Jennifer Schultz(Aaron) of Okolona; her sons, Noie Dunaway of Smithville and Jonothon Ensz(Takela) of Hobbs, N.M.; her brothers Herman Jaco and Barry Jaco(deceased); her sisters, Gloria Windover, Mary Green and Lucille Clark(deceased), and her grandchildren, Jordan, Jakayla, Jasmine, Lee and Jaden.
