TUPELO - Richmond Earl Zeigler died Saturday, October 05, 2019, at Diversacare in Ripley. He was 73. He was born Oct. 15, 1945 to Harry Eugene Zeigler and Roma (Neeld) Zeigler in Springfield, OH. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and worked at Pettigrew Cabinets as a cabinet-maker. He was a huge Beatles fan, loved fishing, and was a true child of the ’60s.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Visitation will be from Noon – service time only at the funeral home. A private family graveside service will follow at Tupelo Memorial Park. Bro. Jim Varnon will officiate. Pallbearers will be his sons and grandsons.
He is survived by his sons Anthony Zeigler of Branson, MO, and Joseph Zeigler (Valinda) of Tupelo, MS; and his grandchildren, Dakota Zeigler and Savannah Zeigler
He was preceded in death by his parents.
